Amashi Niwarthana

PhD Candidate · Computer Science · NTU Singapore

I work at the intersection of signal processing and machine learning, with a focus on healthcare and neuroscience — from decoding brain-gene interactions in Alzheimer's disease to robust biosignal estimation from wearable sensors. Previously a visiting researcher at the University of Sydney and an undergraduate researcher at Harvard University.
